Ben Tilney is a former professional footballer and elite youth coach with extensive experience across the UK and Irish game. Ben began his playing career with Milton Keynes Dons, before going on to play senior football in Northern Ireland with Larne and Carrick Rangers.

Following his playing career, Ben transitioned into coaching and player development, founding the Ben Tilney Academy and later Carrick Rangers FC Falcons, where he served as Founder and Head Coach of the women’s programme. His work focuses on long-term player development, technical excellence, game understanding, and mindset — creating environments where players can thrive both on and off the pitch.

Ben is known for his detail-driven coaching style, modern methodology, and commitment to helping players reach their full potential.
