Jessica is a seasoned education leader and founder of The Chapman Collective, our consulting firm, delivering innovative solutions to help organizations grow and scale. With more than 22 years of experience, she is known for turning vision into action and building strong, people-centered teams and cultures.

Jessica also serves as a dedicated team member and consultant with the Florida Charter Institute, supporting high-quality charter school development and sustainability across the state.

Jessica has previously served as the founding principal of a successful high school, leading the school to consecutive “A” ratings from the Florida Department of Education. Her leadership is grounded in a deep commitment to fostering inclusive cultures that drive meaningful results.

She holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from the American College of Education and a Bachelor of Science in Secondary English Education from Florida State University.

Beyond education, Jessica brings her leadership expertise to grassroots athletics, particularly football, and is actively involved in the global soccer community. She holds ownership stakes in football clubs and is excited to bring that experience, perspective, and passion to help your club thrive. She sees powerful parallels between leading schools and leading sports teams; setting a clear vision, building trust, developing talent, and cultivating a culture of accountability and belonging; so young athletes succeed both on and off the field.
